Submissions of abstracts for the 14th Australian International Aerospace Congress have been extended until 16th July for Peer Reviewed Papers and 24th September for non-peer reviewed papers.
The Congress Committee has had a number of requests to extend the due-date for the submission of abstracts. The drivers for this request for increased flexibility has been better alignment with the northern hemisphere calendar, and a desire by a good many authors to contribute the most up-to-date and timely research and program results.
In response the Congress has agreed to accept abstracts for papers to be peer reviewed up until 16th July. Authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance by 13 August 2010.
The due-date for abstracts for papers where the authors are not requesting peer review has been pushed out to 24th September. Authors will receive notification by 15 October 2010.
There is no change to the submission dates for the papers themselves; that is, papers for peer review must be submitted by 1st October, and papers not requiring peer review must be submitted by 3rd December.
